stayAPT Suites Houston Hotel Shaping Up

Construction is moving along on the stayAPT Suites Houston-NASA/Clear Lake hotel that Kaizen designed. This is the first Kaizen-designed stayAPT Suites hotel to be constructed, but four more are currently in the pipeline (Columbus, GA; Brownsville, TX; Bryan, TX; and Killeen, TX), with construction already underway on three others (Live Oak, Texas; Lackland, TX; and Huntsville, AL). This is also one of the first 3-story stayAPT Suites concepts to be brought to life. The Houston hotel is scheduled to be completed by year’s end.

Kaizen is excited to be partnering with stayAPT Suites hotels. stayAPT Suites is a first of its kind apartment-style hotel concept that puts a spin on traditional extended-stay hotels. These well-thought-out hotels provide full kitchens with a dedicated living and sleeping area in either a King or Double Queen style unit. Each hotel also includes a private courtyard with outdoor seating and a fire pit, laundry facilities, and fitness center.
